Graphic Design 1 Hour Slot

Scope of Service

This Graphic Design 1 Hour Slot service applies to customers who:

• Require professional graphic design services for specific tasks, projects, or creative needs.
• Need our team to create, modify, or enhance graphic elements based on their specifications within the allocated time.

Service Fee & Billing

• The fee paid covers the first 1-hour slot of our graphic design service.
• Our graphic design service is offered and billed in 1-hour blocks.
• In cases where additional hours need to be booked to complete the task, we will inform the customer before proceeding.
• The fee paid provides the customer with a guaranteed design session. If we can complete the task within 1 hour, we will. Otherwise, we will provide the customer with an hourly rate to continue the work, in addition to the initial slot fee.

Priority Service

Upon selecting the Priority Service, the customer’s design work will be prioritised and delivered within 24 hours of the booking received.

Limitations & Exclusions

The Graphic Design 1 Hour Slot service does not include or cover:

• Face-to-face or phone consultations with our staff.
• Preparing training materials or detailed instructional guides.
• Tasks requiring extensive research, multiple revisions, or complex design formats that exceed the 1-hour slot.

Liability Limitations

Inventiva Creative Studio’s liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the customer for the graphic design service.

In no event shall Inventiva Creative Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

By booking the Graphic Design 1 Hour Slot service, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
