Scope of Service

This Office 365 or Google Workspace Setup service is for customers who:

• Require a complete setup and configuration of their email hosting on Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.
• Need professional assistance to ensure a seamless transition, including domain verification, mailbox creation, and essential configurations.
• Want a one-time setup service without ongoing maintenance or subscription fees.

Service Fee & Billing

• The fee covers the initial setup of email hosting on Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.
• This is a one-time setup fee and does not include any recurring costs charged by Microsoft or Google.
• Any additional custom configurations or migrations outside the standard setup may require extra charges.

Priority Service

• Customers who opt for Priority Service will have their setup completed within 24 hours of the confirmed booking.
• This service prioritization ensures faster deployment without delays.

Limitations & Exclusions

The Office 365 or Google Workspace Setup service does not include:

• Subscription fees or ongoing costs billed by Google or Microsoft.
• Migration of existing emails from other platforms (available as an additional service).
• In-depth training or custom development for specialized use cases.
• Ongoing technical support beyond the initial setup.

Liability Limitations

Inventiva Creative Studio’s liability for any claims arising out of this service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid for the setup service. Inventiva Creative Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost emails, business interruptions, or configuration issues resulting from external providers.

By booking the Office 365 or Google Workspace Setup service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The service is provided as is, and any modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
